Use of Mesa is governed by a written contract with your company. This site describes the product; it is not a public price list or a service-level agreement.

The service is configured to your reception workflow. Responsibility for that workflow (what to ask, what never to say, when to transfer) sits with the customer organisation, with our help on the initial setup.

Governing law and venue will be those in the contract. Until then, this draft creates no obligations for either party.
